Prehistory
Industrial Frost was originally a side project of Frontman Fox A. Nevere. While Fox recovered from a life threatening illness in 2003, he began to program with FruityLoops V 3.52, a Digital Audio Workstation created by Image-Line Software. Fox quickly became proficient with the program.
Early Years
Over the course of three months in 2005, Fox began to compose a song to demonstrate his proficency with sequencing and arranging music. On November 17th of 2005 Fox completed "Blind", a song demonstrating his ability, and the first official release as Industrial Frost. The Single "Blind" Had a companion B-Side titled "In my Mind" The Single was released under a friend's label "Messiah Records" on December 28th of 2005.
In early 2006 Fox continued to write songs. With the help of long time friend and former classmate Flakk. Fox and Flakk worked together for the durration of Industrial Frost's first full length release, "Possessing Me", appropiately released on 6/6/06. Fox assembled a touring detail and Industrial Frost was ready to play some shows, a tour of New England was planned, but never executed.
Heyday to Hiatus
Industrial Frost's live detail disbanded due to inactivity and Fox went back to writing new material. In June of 2007, Fox was approached by a wanderer who went by the name of Vanslaz Shewet.
Vanslaz and Fox quickly struck up a friendship, and they began to work together on some music. The album "Ressurection" was released in July of 2007 after only a few days and about 4 ounces of premium cannabis.
In Mid 2008, Fox and Van parted ways. Fox hooked up with Hitman Nick to record a single remake of Repent, originally from 2006's Possessing Me. The Single was a commercial success. Following the single's release, Fox and Nick worked on several more tracks together, finally finishing Assimilated in 2009. It too as a success. Fox released the album for free online on 10/1/09.
Afterward, Industrial Frost went on a 2 and a quarter year hiatus.
Current Events
Recently Fox has reemerged with fellow songwriter Thomas Cross. Industrial Frost has committed to release a new full length album "Re-In-Car-NAT-ION" tentatively set for release in Summer 2012.
